Acacia Honey is produced from flowers of the Acacia Tree.  These trees flower from the end of April to the beginning of May. 

The honey is characterized by a clean flavor that leaves a subtly sweet aftertaste.  Of liquid consistency although this honey does crystallize, clear in aspect with a light straw color.
