Wildflower Honey is made from the flowers typical of the Tuscan "macchia" which literally means stain. This brushland flowers through the Spring and Summer months. These areas consist of; wild roses, clover, rosemary, wild artichoke, thyme, and wild blackberries just to name a few.

This honey has a delicate slightly fruity yet waxy perfume. Its taste is sweet and refined while aromatic its slightly flowery. This is a honey that crystallizes easily and has a creamy consistency beige and yellow in color.
