Tucked away in the hills of Tuscany lies Fattoria Lischeto a vibrant agriturismo located in the quaint city of Volterra.  Lischeto produces some award winning and outstanding products ranging from artisanal cheeses to olive oil.  These products are hand-crafted from very few ingredients and contain no preservatives.
